Problem :
Working as an Executive for Food and Logistics at GSTU Model United Nations 2025 came with major responsibility, because the comfort and smooth experience of every participant depended on effective planning. The biggest problem was managing food distribution and logistical support for a large number of attendees while making sure everything remained organized, timely, and efficient. Since MUN events require strict scheduling and constant coordination, even a small mistake in logistics could create delays or dissatisfaction among participants. At the same time, I had to ensure that resources were used properly and that the event environment remained smooth throughout the program.

Solution :
To handle these responsibilities, I focused on careful planning, teamwork, and clear communication. I worked closely with other executives and volunteers to organize food arrangements, coordinate delivery times, and manage logistics based on the event schedule. I made sure that tasks were assigned properly and that each part of the process was monitored closely. By staying proactive and organized, I was able to help reduce confusion and keep the event running efficiently. This approach allowed me to support both the participants and the organizing team in a practical and effective way.

Challenge :
The biggest challenge was managing multiple responsibilities under pressure while dealing with time-sensitive demands. Food and logistics required constant attention because any delay, shortage, or miscommunication could affect the overall experience of the event. I had to respond quickly to sudden issues, coordinate with different people at the same time, and make sure everything remained on track.
Balancing accuracy, speed, and teamwork in such a busy environment was not easy, especially when unexpected problems came up. However, this experience made me stronger in handling pressure, adapting quickly, and maintaining control in a demanding situation.
Summary :
Overall, my GSTU Model United Nations 2025 experience was a valuable learning opportunity that strengthened my organizational and leadership skills. Serving as an Executive for Food and Logistics helped me understand the importance of responsibility, coordination, and attention to detail in event management.
It also taught me how to support a large program through teamwork and effective problem-solving. This experience made me more confident in managing responsibilities and contributed to my growth as a reliable and disciplined team member.
